Ingredients
  • 450 g salmon belly
  • 3 potatoes (400 g)
  • 1 carrot (150 g)
  • 100 g frozen green peas (can be replaced with 2 tablespoons of rice)
  • 5 pieces. peppercorns
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Salt

Peel the salmon bellies (400 g remained after cleaning) and cut into medium pieces. Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into slices.

Put the washed peas and all other products in a deep heat-resistant pan. Pour in water, cover the pan with a lid, put it in the oven for 1 hour at 200°C. Turn off the oven and keep the ear in the cooling oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Serve the fish soup hot, sprinkled with chopped basil leaves or green onions.
