  • 0.5 kg pumpkin
  • 1 head of onion
  • 1/3 st. cream (more if you like a richer milky taste)
  • 40 g vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)
  • some bacon, parmesan
  • 600 g water
  • salt, pepper - to taste
You can cook not just sweet and healthy desserts from pumpkin, but also hearty soups, especially if you or your loved ones love cream soups. It is with pumpkin that the first courses are very delicate in taste and bright due to the orange color of the pulp.

Wash vegetables thoroughly.

Finely chop the onion.

Pour oil into the bottom of the pan, pour the onion and fry it lightly over low heat.

We cut the pumpkin into small cubes and send it to fry with onions. Salt, pepper.

Then add water to the pan and cook everything until cooked.

To make the soup homogeneous, it is best to beat it with a blender.

In order for the soup to acquire a meaty flavor and a slightly tart taste, it is recommended to add thinly chopped cheese and bacon.
