Pumpkin porridge with milk
Ingredients
  • Pumpkin - 400 grams
  • Millet - 1 cup
  • Milk - 0.5 liters
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Rinse the millet and boil until almost cooked.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes, put in a saucepan, add ½ cup of water and cook until tender, but do not overcook.

Boil milk, add pumpkin, millet, sugar, salt as needed and boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
