Recipe for cottage cheese pie with cherries

1

Crumble biscuit cookies and mix it with your hands together with softened butter. Knead should be until a completely homogeneous consistency is obtained.

2

We line the baking dish with baking paper and put half of the cookies on it, level it along the bottom. Lay out the second part of the cookie and butter mixture on the sides of the mold.

3

We wash and clean the cherries from the stalks and seeds. Set aside some berries for garnish. We spread the cherry in a sieve and let the juice drain.

4

Grind chicken eggs with vanilla and ordinary sugar.

5

Add the sifted starch to the eggs along with the cottage cheese, knead everything well.

6

Pour a quarter of the resulting mixture onto the pie and spread the cherry on top.

7

Take the rest of the mixture and pour it into the form.

8

We send the cake to the oven for 50 minutes. The oven must be preheated to 180 degrees.

9

Decorate the finished and cooled cottage cheese pie with whipped cream in cherries.
