Take a cylindrical mug or a large culinary ring, cover the bottom and walls with parchment and put some berries on the bottom.

Then, in 100 grams of cottage cheese or curd mass, add one teaspoon of sugar and a little cinnamon (approximately 1/3 teaspoon without a slide). Then gradually, 1-2 teaspoons, add yogurt to the consistency of a thick cream. Since the fruit will still give juice, therefore we absolutely do not need excess moisture.

Peel apples and / or other fruits, cut into small cubes, the cubes should be about 5-10 mm in size. Apples, you can pre-boil or bake, or you can use it raw. Watery fruits are better not to take, because the dessert can "float". Gently add fruits to the curd and mix.

After that, put the curd-fruit mass in a prepared mug or on a plate in a ring, and put berries around the entire perimeter. After a few minutes, remove the ring, and if you used a mug, carefully turn its contents onto a plate and remove the parchment.
