- 200 g cottage cheese (curd mass)
- 2 chicken eggs
- 130 g flour
- 50 g sugar

Recipe for cottage cheese donuts with raspberries
1. Mix well-mashed cottage cheese, eggs, raspberries in a bowl. Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Next, pour out the flour, soda (slaked with vinegar) and mix until smooth.
Interesting: soda is a universal baking powder. In an acidic environment (vinegar), soda begins to decompose, with the release of carbon dioxide , which acts as a baking powder, making it a porous finished dough product .
3. Give the dough a little time to infuse (10-15 minutes).
