Cottage cheese cookies with chocolate
Ingredients
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • chocolate or "chocolate drops" (200 g)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 150 g toffee
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sahara
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
This wonderful dessert may well become your baby's favorite treat. Even the most ardent opponent of cottage cheese will not refuse to try a little and will definitely ask for more. In addition, this dessert is prepared in a hurry, and you can also treat your child's friends.

For this dessert, soft cottage cheese is more useful, but dryness will also not be a hindrance - just add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream to the cottage cheese.

Grind cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.

Rub the butter with sugar so that you get a lush mixture, mix it with cottage cheese.

Beat eggs into the mass, beat everything with a mixer, add flour, salt and baking powder.

Put chopped chocolate into the prepared mixture.

Cover the resulting dough with cling film and send for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator,

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet, cover it with a layer of parchment.

After half an hour, take out the chilled dough. Using a teaspoon, make balls out of it, which are placed in the oven for 10-15 minutes. The cookies will be thin, and if you want to keep the shape of the balls, add a little more flour to the dough. The taste will change, but it will be no worse.
