  • 250 gr. cottage cheese
  • 100 gr. walnuts
  • 150 gr. dried apricots
  • 50 ml cognac
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 100 gr. granulated sugar
  • 2 chicken eggs

Rinse and dry the dried apricots, then chop coarsely and fill it with cognac. We wait 2 hours for the dried apricots to brew well, after which we grind and mix with cognac and half of the granulated sugar. By the way, you can replace dried apricots with a variety of berries, now it's time for strawberries, so use it.

We heat the pan and fry the walnuts on it for 5 minutes, make sure that they do not burn. Now cool the nuts and grind them into crumbs.

We pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, you can also scroll in a blender. Add cream to curd. Grind chicken eggs with sugar, and then mix with cottage cheese.

Now let's start collecting verrins. We take cups and put cottage cheese in them in layers, then berry puree and nuts. Place the glasses in the steamer for 20 minutes, then serve immediately.
