  • Cottage cheese - 500 gr.
  • Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 1/3 cup
  • Sarah - 2 tbsp.
  • Soda - ¼ tbsp.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vanillin - to taste
  • Raisins - optional
The recipe for cottage cheese is quite simple, this dish is ideal for breakfast, as it cooks quickly.

Recipe for making cottage cheese

We pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or rub it through a sieve.

Sift the flour, mix it with salt, sugar and vanilla. We mix this mixture into the cottage cheese, add a fresh chicken egg and mix well.

With the help of a tablespoon, we take the resulting curd dough, roll it in flour, give it a shape similar to a cake.

We heat the pan with oil and fry the resulting curd cakes on it on one side.

As soon as a golden crust forms on the curds, turn them over, cover the pan with a lid and continue to fry until the curds are fully cooked.
