Cottage cheese casserole with peaches
Ingredients
  • cottage cheese - about 0.5 kg
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • semolina - 4 tbsp. l.
  • granulated sugar - 75-80 g
  • cinnamon (powder) - to taste
  • vanillin / vanilla sugar - 1 pack
  • peaches - about 0.5 kg
The combination of cottage cheese and ripe peach will present an incredibly delicate dessert for tea. Try it yourself!

1. Wash the fruit, peel off the skin.

3. Cottage cheese must be thoroughly rubbed with sugar, semolina until smooth. Then add cinnamon and vanilla to the same place.

4. Add eggs to the resulting mass (step 3) and grind again.

5. Put the curd mass into an oiled form. From above, pressing down a little, peaches are laid out.

6. Bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees until golden brown.
