Cottage cheese casserole with candied fruit
Bakery
- Cottage cheese - 600 gr.
- Milk - 250 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar sand - 150 gr.
- Starch or semolina - 50 gr.
- Candied fruits - 100 gr.
- Dried apricots, nuts and raisins - to taste
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- A little butter
Recipe for cottage cheese casserole with candied fruit
Finely chop candied fruits. If you add dried apricots and raisins to the casserole, then they should be soaked in warm water in advance, then squeezed out of excess liquid and chopped dried apricots. We chop the nuts.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with cottage cheese, add milk and mix everything. Now add granulated sugar, semolina or starch, vanilla sugar and mix everything very well.
Add chopped candied fruit to the curd mass and mix again.
Grease a baking dish with oil, you can also use baking paper.
Put pieces of butter on top of the curd mass so that the curd casserole with candied fruits becomes more ruddy and beautiful.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the cottage cheese casserole in it for 1 hour or until a golden crust appears.
