- 500 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Sahara
- 2 tsp semolina
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- a few washers of canned pineapple
- butter
- semolina
- cocktail cherries or redcurrants
- powdered sugar

1. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

2. Beat eggs with sugar.

3. Mix cottage cheese with semolina and lemon zest.

4. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.

5. Put pineapple on the bottom of the mold. Top - curd mass.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly. Then invert the casserole onto a plate so that the pineapple is on top. When serving, garnish with a cocktail cherry or red currant and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
