Braised beef with onions
Ingredients
  • 500 gr. beef tenderloin
  • Vegetable oil for frying - as needed
  • 2-3 onions
  • Hot water
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
If you want to quickly and easily cook beef, then we suggest using this recipe. You can stew beef in a pan without much effort and knowledge in cooking.

Recipe for beef stew with onions

Cut the beef into small pieces. Slice the meat across the grain.

Heat up a frying pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Put the meat in the pan and fry well on all sides.

While the meat is frying, pour water into the kettle and set it to boil.

Now cover the beef with a lid and stew it for a few minutes in its own juice.

Pour boiling water into the pan so that it completely covers the beef, close the lid and continue cooking.

Cut the onion into half rings and add to the pan with the meat before it is almost ready. Add salt, pepper and additional spices to taste.
