Trifle with strawberries, biscuits and mascarpone
Ingredients
  • 320 g strawberries
  • 80 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml cream
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 6 biscuit cookies
Trifle with strawberries is a fairly simple dessert that does not require long preparation, but nevertheless it is a very tasty dessert.

Recipe for a trifle with strawberries, biscuits and mascarpone

Wash the strawberries, sort, dry, remove the stalks. Chop large berries.

Prepare cream with mascarpone. In a deep bowl, combine mascarpone with cream.

Break the vanilla pod in half lengthwise, scrape out the contents with the tip of a knife and add to the cream cheese.

Sprinkle sugar in small portions, beat the mass until a homogeneous consistency.

Break the cookies, put on the bottom of transparent bowls or glasses and pour over a small amount of cream.

Put strawberries and the remaining cream on cookies with cream.
