Ingredients
  • Avocado - 3 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese - 120 gr.
  • Chili pepper - 1 pc.
  • Pumpkin seeds - 1 cup
  • Yogurt - 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • lemon zest
  • parsley

 First, cut the avocado in half, removing the seeds from the fruit. Take out all its pulp. Pour lemon juice over the avocado slices. Add pumpkin seeds, mix with avocado pulp, chop the mixture and mix.

 Chop a share of parsley and combine with cottage cheese and mix the whole mass with avocados and seeds.

 Cut the chili pepper into small cubes, chop the garlic and add with the rest of the mixture. After that, add zest and yogurt, salt and pepper to taste here.

 The resulting mass should be spread on bread or hot toast - a breakfast sandwich is ready.
