Tortillas with avocado and feta
Ingredients
  • 150 g feta
  • 4 sweet tomatoes
  • 4 wheat or corn tortillas
  • Large handful of any lettuce leaves
  • 1 avocado
  • 4-5 sprigs of cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 5 st. l. olive oil
  • Salt
Instead of tortillas, you can easily use thin Armenian pita bread. An interesting option is to cook rolls in rice paper in an Asian manner.

1. Prepare the guacamole sauce. To do this, peel the avocado, cut it randomly, put it in a blender. Add cilantro, lemon or lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Grind everything with a blender until smooth.

2. Cut the feta into small cubes or break into pieces with a fork. Cut tomatoes into slices or circles.

3. Then brush with guacamole, top with lettuce, some feta and tomato. Lightly salt and wrap the cake in a roll. If you want to make the cake crispy, fry it in a dry frying pan.

4. To make it easier to eat, cut the tortillas into several small rolls and serve.
