Cake with cherries "Little Red Riding Hood"
Cakes
- flour (sifted) - a glass,
- vanilla pudding mix - sachet,
- baking powder (sifted) - 2 tsp. spoons,
- cherry - half a kilogram,
- butter (pre-laid out of the refrigerator) - 150 grams,
- vanilla sugar - 2 sachets,
- simple sugar - 200 grams,
- fine salt - a pinch,
- milk - 100 milliliters,
- eggs - 3 pieces,
- nut-chocolate paste - 50 grams,
- cream - 200 milliliters,
- whipped cream thickener - sachet,
- cottage cheese - 400 grams,
- cherry liqueur - 20 milliliters,
- cherry juice - 230 milliliters,
- jelly for the red cake - a bag.
The recipe for a cake with cherries "Little Red Riding Hood"
1. In a bowl, mix flour, pudding powder, baking powder. In another container, rub the butter with salt, sugar (150 g) and vanilla sugar (1 sachet) until the mass turns white. Then, one by one, we introduce the eggs, after each thoroughly stirring the mass. Add milk (75 ml) and flour mixture in small portions, mix well. We separate about half of the resulting dough and pour it into a detachable cake pan, greased with fat.
2. In the rest of the dough, mix in the nut-chocolate paste and the rest of the milk (25 ml). The resulting dark dough is laid out on top of the light one. Sprinkle with cherries (pitted) and lightly sink them in the dough. Bake the cake for 40 minutes. At the end of baking, we pierce it with a wooden skewer to make sure it is ready (the removed skewer should remain clean, without traces of sticky dough). Let the cake cool and then free it from the mold.
3. Whip the cream with a thickener. Grind cottage cheese with sugar residues (50 g) and vanilla sugar (second bag), combine with cream. On the cooled biscuit we put on a ring from a detachable form and spread the curd cream evenly.
4. Cooking jelly with the addition of cherry liqueur and juice (according to the description on the packaging bag). We cover the cake with jelly mass and put it in the cold (for about an hour). Garnish with cherries and cream if desired.
