- vanillin - 1 sachet
- milk cream - 100 grams
- salt - 5 grams
- baking powder - 10-15 grams
- chocolate (preferably with a high percentage of cocoa content) - 1 bar
- almond chips - 30-40 grams
Coca-Cola Cake Recipe
Cut butter into small pieces. Pour it with Coca-Cola and put on medium heat.
Add cocoa and bring to a boil, remove from heat. To prevent cocoa powder from lumping, you need to constantly stir and pour it in gradually.
Add baking powder, sugar and salt to flour. Add salt and sugar to taste, sometimes some people want sweeter or vice versa.
Combine liquid and dry component formulations. Whisk everything together, gradually adding the eggs. Then add vanilla. The dough should not be tight.
Preheat oven to 180°.
Place the dough in a special baking dish. A wooden stick will help determine the degree of readiness of the dough.
It's time to prepare the glaze: boil the cream, add the chopped chocolate bar, simmer over low heat until everything dissolves. Leave to cool slightly. Then everything is whipped with a mixer.
