Cakes
- Margarine or butter - 250 gr.
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Sour cream - 200 gr.
- Vanillin - 1 sachet
- Flour - 3-4 cups
- Salt
- Cherry - 750 gr. (you can take jam)
- Cranberries - 100 gr. (optional)
- Condensed milk - 1 bank
- Butter - 200 gr.
- Cream 38% - 250 gr.
- bitter chocolate

Heat the butter in the microwave until it becomes a little soft. Add sour cream, sugar, vanilla and salt to the heated butter, mix everything well. Add flour and start kneading the dough. Knead the dough for the cake until it becomes completely homogeneous.
We divide the finished dough into 15 identical parts and roll these parts into strips, about 20 centimeters long and about 6-7 centimeters wide.
We spread the cherry and the key on these strips in a chain, after which we carefully pinch the dough to make a tube.
We spread the resulting tubes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and send it to the oven for 15 minutes. We bake at a temperature of 220 degrees.
When the pastry has acquired a golden color, we take it out of the oven and let it cool.
We spread 5 tubes on a dish, grease them with cream, put 4 more tubes on top and grease with cream again, continue laying out and lubricating the tubes to the end.
When all the tubes are laid out, grease the cake with plenty of cream and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
