Cakes
- 100 g wheat flour
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tbsp black strong coffee
- 200 g almonds
- 1 tbsp vanillin
- 150 g condensed milk
- 1 tbsp starch
- 150 g butter
- 7 eggs

First, we will make the dough, for this we grind the yolks of 7 eggs with sugar.
Peel and crush the almonds, or grind in any other way. Then add 2/3 of the almonds to the eggs.
Beat the whites in a separate bowl into foam, add flour and starch to them, mix everything well and combine with a mixture of yolks and nuts.
From the resulting dough we bake 3-4 cakes. Bake should be at a temperature of 150 degrees.
While the cakes for the “coffee” cake are baked, we will make a cream, for this we mix condensed milk with butter and mix. Without ceasing to mix, add a little bit of vanilla and instant coffee. Now we dilute a little in hot water so that the cream is not so thick and soaks our cakes well.
We take out freshly baked cakes from the oven and layer them with cream, stacking one on top of the other. Decorate the top of the cake with the rest of the cream and sprinkle with almonds.
