  • 500 gr. pumpkins
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 500 gr. tomato puree
  • 1 tsp sea ​​salt
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • ½ tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 700 ml chicken broth
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Tomato soup with pumpkin is prepared quite quickly, literally 30-40 minutes. This soup is quite dietary, but if you do not eat meat at all, then pour plain water instead of chicken broth.

We clean the pumpkin, then cut it into cubes and fry in a pan in hot water for 5-6 minutes. Now reduce the heat to the smallest and cook for another 5 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic cloves, also chop the rosemary leaves. Add everything to the pan with the pumpkin.

Add tomato puree, you can also take ordinary tomatoes, only they must first be peeled and finely chopped.

Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, and reduce the heat again, let the soup stew.

With the help of a masher, knead the pumpkin a little.

We take a pot with boiling broth or water, put vegetables in it, add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
