  • 1 liter of broth
  • 600 gr. lamb

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp coriander seed

These meat balls in tomato soup are somewhat reminiscent of meatballs, but they turn out to be much tastier.

Recipe for tomato soup with meat balls

1

We pass the lamb through a meat grinder, add cilantro, half the garlic, pepper, salt and a chicken egg to it. Knead all ingredients until smooth.

2

From the resulting minced meat we roll up the meatballs and put them in a baking sheet, sprinkle with oil and send to the oven preheated to 220 degrees. Bake meat balls for 15 minutes.

3

Cut the carrots and onions into small cubes, then fry them with olive oil for 10 minutes.

4

Add the remaining garlic to the pan, add some spices and continue to fry for another 1 minute. Now add the tomatoes along with the liquid. Bring everything to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.

5

We grind everything in a blender to a puree state, add the juice that was formed from the meat balls and the broth.

6

Return the soup to the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
