Tomato soup
Ingredients
  • tomatoes - 600g
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 60g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley root and celery root - to taste
  • meat broth - 4 cups
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • parsley greens - to taste
  • pepper, salt - to taste.
Today's recipe will be tomato soup , it is named because it consists mostly of tomatoes. It will take you no more than 30 minutes to prepare tomato soup.

Grind the garlic with salt, put in a bowl for making soup.

Add greens, chopped onion, celery and parsley roots.

Pour a small amount of broth and heat in a sealed container at full power for 8 minutes.

Tomato soup is almost ready, it remains to add the most important tomato paste, as well as chopped and peeled small tomatoes, pour the rest of the broth.

Salt, pepper. Cook at full power for 10-15 minutes.
