1) Combine flour, salt, vegetable oil in the indicated proportions. Then add very hot water in a thin stream.

2) Mix everything well so that no lumps form. Sprinkle the table with flour and continue to knead the resulting dough on it. The dough should be of the consistency of plasticine. The dough can be divided into parts and used for dumplings or sculpted separately. Cooked dumplings can be well stored in the refrigerator, as the dough does not lose its properties.
