Norwegian salmon tataki
Ingredients
  • 600 g Norwegian salmon fillet (middle back)
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  •  2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  •  2 tsp soybean oil
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  •  Juice of 1 lime
  •  1 shallot
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
Norwegian salmon tataki is a Japanese dish. The recipe is not complicated, and the salmon is simply amazing.

Cut the salmon fillet into portions of 150 g and fry in soybean oil for 20-30 seconds on each side.

Peel the mango and avocado, cut into small pieces along with Chinese cabbage.

Finely chop the chili pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the Chinese cabbage, chili, mango, avocado and grated ginger in it. Gently spread the hot mixture on pieces of salmon, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds on top.
