Tagliatelle with bolognese sauce
Ingredients
  • Meat broth - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Bacon - 50 grams.
  • Tagliatelle - 400 grams.
  • Dry red wine - 125 grams.
  • Minced beef - 200 grams.
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Carrots (small) - 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Celery (petiole) - 0.5 pcs.
  • 1 medium onion.
  • Salt, to taste.
This dish is considered Italian, it is tagliatelle pasta with meat sauce.

Recipe for tagliatelle with bolognese sauce

We clean the celery, carrots and onions, wash them from dirt and chop. Cut the bacon into pieces. Add olive oil to a saucepan and heat, fry bacon until golden brown. Add the cooked vegetables to the bacon and fry for another 5 minutes. Put pre-cooked minced meat (not frozen) before bacon and vegetables, stir-fry for another 7 minutes. Pour in the dry red wine and let it evaporate.

Add the tomato paste, broth, black pepper and salt to the saucepan. Reduce the heat and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes. Put the pasta on a serving plate. Thoroughly drizzle with bolognese sauce. You can decorate the dish with grated permesan cheese.
