Pie with strawberries and cottage cheese

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 125 grams of sugar
- 500 grams of sweet cottage cheese
- grated zest of one lemon lemon
- vanilla pudding mix - 1 sachet
- 1 glass of water
- 500 grams of strawberries
- transparent glaze - 1 sachet
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 25 grams of almond leaves

Recipe for a pie with strawberries and cottage cheese
Pour the flour mixed with sugar into a slide on the desktop. Make a well in the middle and crack an egg into it. We distribute the chopped margarine or butter along the edge and quickly knead the dough with all the ingredients.
Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then mix well again and roll out on a floured work surface. We spread the base of a greased springform pan (approximately 25 cm in diameter) with the dough, forming an edge about 3 cm high.
For the filling, beat the butter with regular and vanilla sugar, lemon juice and zest into foam, gradually add the eggs. Then add cottage cheese and dry mix for vanilla pudding.
The resulting mass is evenly distributed in the form over the surface of the dough. We bake for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 ° C. We cool the finished cake and only then take it out of the mold.
We cut the strawberries and lay them beautifully on the pie. Prepared from a dry mixture, water and sugar glaze, pour it over the berries. We also grease the edges with glaze and spread with almond leaves. When the icing has hardened, decorate the cake with whipped cream and almonds.
