Fried and baked cheesecakes
Bakery
- 200 g cottage cheese (preferably 5%, coarse-grained)
- 1 egg
- 30 g semolina
- 2 tbsp flour (oatmeal)
- 1 g vanilla
- for frying - a little vegetable oil
Recipe for syrniki fried and baked
1. Squeeze out the excess whey in the curd.
To obtain a more uniform and granular curd, it can be passed through a sieve.
2. Mix cottage cheese with flour, semolina and egg. Add a pinch of vanilla.
3. Now we decide whether we want fried or baked cheesecake?
4. Baked:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter. We form cheesecakes with wet hands and sing for 20-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
In order for the surface of the cheesecake to shine, as in the pictures, it must be smeared with sour cream or kefir
5. Roasted:
We form cakes and roll them in flour. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side in vegetable oil.
In order for the cheesecake not to lose its shape and not spread, it should be sent to the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
When serving, choose any jam, honey. Or prepare a simple sauce of condensed milk and sour cream (1: 2).
