Ingredients
  • Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg
  • Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Raisins - 1 handful
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Vanillin - to taste
  • Greens: dill, parsley, basil, cilantro ... - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil for frying - as needed
In our view, cheesecakes are a sweet dish, but cheesecakes can also be spicy if they are made with dill, parsley, etc., and add adjika or just black pepper, or red pepper if desired. Such a dish will be a great snack, according to the principle - "fat and tasty." Therefore, at one time you can cook two different types of cheesecakes: one is sweet, tasty for tea, and the second is a good spicy dish for more mundane consumption.

Crack the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

Add cottage cheese and flour to eggs and knead into a homogeneous mass.

Divide the dough into two parts.

Add raisins, sugar, vanillin to one part and knead well.

In the second part, add chopped greens, peeled, crushed and chopped garlic, pepper, salt, making the mixture a little salty, and mix well.

Form cheesecakes with a diameter of about 5 cm from each curd dough.

Bake on both sides over medium heat in a well-heated pan with oil.
