Ingredients
  • 300 gr. cottage cheese with a fat content of 20%
  • 50 gr. flour
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 5-6 apricots
  • 50 gr. granulated sugar
Usually cheesecakes are cooked in a pan, but you can experiment a little and try to cook cheesecakes in the oven. However, experiments on baking in the oven are not all, we will also add juicy slices of apricots to the cheesecakes, which will give a refined taste to this delicacy.

Knead the cottage cheese with a fork. Crack the eggs into the curd and mix well.

We also add granulated sugar to the cottage cheese and mix everything again.

Gradually pour the flour into the bowl with the cottage cheese, stirring occasionally so that lumps do not form. As a result, you should get a plastic curd mass.

We wash the apricots in water, and then dry them with a napkin. We divide the apricots into 2 parts and take out the seeds from them. We also cut each half into 2 parts.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

With the help of a tablespoon, spread half of the curd mass on a baking sheet. Lay out an apricot slice on each circle.

We close the apricots with the remaining cottage cheese and send the baking sheet to the oven for 20 minutes. The oven must be preheated to 180 degrees.
