Pork ribs marinated in honey and garlic
Second courses
- 1 kilo pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons sweet pepper paste - (mixture of crushed red pepper, vinegar, garlic, olive oil and tomato paste)
- Young garlic - 1-2 heads
- Chili pepper - 1 pinch
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 100 ml white wine
- Lemon or lime juice - 2 tablespoons
Recipe for pork ribs marinated in honey and garlic
Peel the garlic, cut all the cloves lengthwise into 2 parts.
Now you need to fry the garlic in olive oil, fry over low heat.
Mix the fried garlic and the remaining olive oil with other ingredients.
Cut the pork ribs into portions and put in the marinade. We send the meat to the refrigerator. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
We take out the pickled ribs from the refrigerator and dry them.
We cover the baking sheet with foil and put our pork ribs on it.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the ribs there for 25 minutes.
15 minutes after baking, brush the ribs with honey water.
Turn the ribs over and bake for another 30 minutes, during which time it is necessary to grease them 2 times with water and honey.
While the ribs are baking, take the marinade and pour it into the pan, put it on the fire and cook over low heat for 10 minutes to soften the garlic.
We shift the finished ribs to the dishes and pour everything with marinade with garlic.
