- 500 gr. Pork (it is better to take a loin)
- pineapple rings
- 200 gr. hard cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
Cooking pork chops with pineapple does not cause difficulties even for novice cooks. The chops come out with a rather subtle flavor that is unique due to the pineapple.
Pineapple pork chops recipe

Pass the cheese through a fine grater.

We cut the pork into small slices, no more than 1 cm thick. Lightly beat the meat so as not to make holes in it, add pepper and salt, and then put it on a baking sheet.

Lay the pineapple rings on top of the pork.

Sprinkle pork chops with pineapple with an even layer of cheese.

We send the baking sheet to the oven for 35-40 minutes. Pork chops are baked at a temperature of 180 degrees.
