Ingredients
- 600 gr. pork
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 2 onions
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 200 gr. red tomatoes
- 20 ml vegetable oil
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dark brown sugar
- 250 ml light beer
For this recipe, it is best to take a shoulder blade or pork ham. You can also replace pork with beef, but it will take a little longer to cook. By the way, the beer in this dish is not even felt.
Pork in beer recipe
1
Cut the pork into cubes about 3 centimeters in size. It is best to use meat without fat, or just cut off the excess.
2
Heat the pan and fry the meat until golden brown on all sides.
3
Now cut the onion into thin half rings and fry it in the same pan in which the pork was fried.
4
We take a thick-bottomed pan and put the pork in it, sprinkle onion on top, add salt, mustard and spices.
5
We make small cuts on top of the tomatoes and dip them in boiling water for 20-30 seconds, after which we peel them.
6
We spread the tomatoes in a saucepan, add beer and begin to simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
