Therefore, when you suddenly manage to get to more or less fresh meat, then do not hesitate to buy or not, because you can treat yourself and your loved ones to a really real chop - natural and juicy.
Pork chop recipe

From a kilogram piece of loin, cut portionwise into 4 pieces 4-5 cm thick, cutting the meat between the cartilages.

Put the pan on the fire, add a little oil.

Lightly chop the sliced pieces with the blade of a large kitchen knife. To do this, holding the knife slightly by the handle, quickly cut the meat along, then across, then turn the piece over and do the same operation.

Put the split pieces in the pan, reduce the heat a little so that the meat does not burn and fry the chop on one side until a brownish fried crust forms.

Turn the meat over and fry in the same way on the other side.
