Beet salad with Feta cheese
Ingredients
  • 150 grams of beets
  • 80 grams of feta cheese
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 30 grams of green salad
  • 10 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar
In cookbooks, there are a lot of varieties of beetroot salad with feta cheese, but all these recipes are united by salty cheese and sweet beets with the addition of almonds and pine nuts. This salad is best served with a dressing of balsamic vinegar and quality olive oil.

Bake in the oven or boil the beets until tender, then peel and cut into cubes.

We also cut the feta into cubes of approximately the same size as the beets. This cheese breaks very easily during cutting, to prevent this, we moisten the knife with cold water.

We take a suitable plate and put the washed green salad on it.

We spread the chopped cheese and beets on lettuce leaves.
