- 20 gr. granulated sugar
- 30 ml olive oil
- 200 ml cream 20-22%
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 200 gr. tuna in own juice
- 500 gr. wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 gr. hard cheese large sheet nori seaweed
- 100 gr. peeled shrimp
Sushi Pizza Recipe
We take a glass of warm water and stir in it the yeast, salt, sugar and a small amount of flour. Let stand for a while so that the yeast begins to ferment.
Now mix this liquid with the remaining flour and begin to knead the dough. It is necessary to knead until the dough finally stops sticking to the table and hands. We send the dough to a warm place to approach.
After some time, when the dough has already come up, it usually takes 1-2 hours, we mix in olive oil to it. Now knead until the dough is thick on the outside.
Now let's move on to the filling. Pass the cheese through a fine grater and mix with cream, add pepper to taste.
Cut cucumber into thin slices.
Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and roll out half the dough, the ingredients in the recipe were taken based on 2 pizzas.
We spread nori sheets on the dough, pour half the cheese sauce on top of everything, lay out half a can of tuna, half cucumbers and half shrimp. In the same way we make the second sushi pizza.
We send the pizza to the oven for 15 minutes, which must be preheated to 200 degrees.
