- 100 gr. salmon
- 30 gr. fuck
- 40 gr. soy sauce
- 2 lemon slices
- 50 gr. granulated sugar
- 80 gr. apple cider vinegar

To prepare salmon sushi, you need to thoroughly rinse the rice in cold water, then boil it. See the package for rice cooking instructions.
While the rice is boiling, prepare the sauce. We take apple cider vinegar and mix it with granulated sugar, put all this stuff on the stove and turn on a small fire. As soon as the vinegar starts to boil, remove it from the stove and add the lemon wedges.
Mix rice with sauce, in a ratio of 100 gr. rice for 10 ml of sauce. It is necessary to mix the rice very well so that it is completely saturated with the sauce.
Take chilled salmon cut into 2 parts. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into square or rectangular pieces.
We moisten our hands a little with water, take a piece of salmon in our hand, grease it with horseradish. Using the other hand, we form a small ball out of rice and put it on the fish, after which we give it the shape of a square. Turn the sushi over and slightly smooth the edges of the rice.
