Ingredients
  • 1 kg boneless beef shank
  • 150 gr. carrots
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 200 gr. vermicelli
  • 1 head of onion
  • 30 gr. parsley
  • 5 allspice
  • 1.5 tsp salt
Vermicelli soup is probably the most favorite soup among children, and adults like it just as much. This soup can be cooked every day, it practically does not bother.

Pour the meat with three liters of cold water and put the pan on high heat.

When foam begins to appear on the surface of the water, it is necessary to reduce the heat and remove the foam until it stops appearing.

Add spices and peeled vegetables to the pan.

We continue to cook the beef over low heat, covering the pan with a lid not completely.

As soon as the vegetables become soft, take them out, just take out the spices. We continue to cook until the meat is cooked, usually it takes no more than 2 hours. Ready meat broth must be salted and filtered through a sieve.

Bring the broth to a boil and add the vermicelli to it. Cook until tender for 3-5 minutes.
