  • 0.5 kg chicken meat
  • 100 g millet groats
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp non-fat sour cream
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Soup with millet is cooked enough, not only chicken, but also beef, pork can be used as meat, you can also use fish meat.

First you need to boil the chicken until cooked. Then we take out the chicken from the broth and clean it from the skin and bones. Cut into pieces.

In parallel with the chicken, it is necessary to boil the millet, but not completely.

Now peel and cut the potatoes into 4 parts and put in the broth. Cook it until tender, then take it out and mash it into a puree, I prefer to cut into cubes. Mix butter and sour cream with potatoes, then return it to the broth again.

Add chopped pieces of meat and millet to the broth, you can also salt and pepper to taste.

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
