Soup with meatballs
Ingredients
  • Meat - 400 gr.
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • Salad pepper - 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
  • Pasta - 100 gr.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil - as needed
  • Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Meatball soup is a very tasty and satisfying first course that uses meat balls.

First of all, let's prepare the minced meat. We pass the meat through a meat grinder along with a clove of garlic and a head of onion. Add chicken egg, pepper, salt and mix everything. To make the meatballs more elastic and not fall apart during cooking, slightly beat the minced meat in a plate.

From the resulting minced meat we form meatballs for our soup. You can make the size of the meatballs any way you like.

We put a pan on the stove, pour 3 liters of water, wait until it boils, and throw pre-formed meatballs into it. Cook meatballs over low heat for 20 minutes.

Finely chop lettuce pepper and onion, pass carrots through a grater, peel and dice potatoes.

We heat the pan with vegetable oil and pass the onion in it, add the carrots and lettuce pepper, continue to fry for 5 minutes. Then add garlic and tomato paste. Stir the mixture and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add potato cubes, allspice and bay leaf to the meatballs, cook for about 10-15 minutes over low heat, then add the pasta, mix everything, wait another 5 minutes and add the frying. We continue to cook the soup with meatballs for 5 minutes.

Remove the soup from the heat, let it brew for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
