Zucchini puree soup
Ingredients
  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Dry chicken broth - 1 cube
  • Shrimps - 5 pcs.
  • Onion - half a head
  • Cream 33% - 70 ml
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Sweet Chinese Chili Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Thyme - 3 sprigs
  • Sunflower oil - 20 ml
  • Parsley - 10 grams
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Pepper and salt to your taste
So the first zucchini began to appear, it's time to do something with them. Today we will prepare a simple zucchini soup.

Recipe for zucchini soup

Chop the zucchini, onion and garlic. We heat the pan with sunflower oil, and pass our vegetables on it. Pour in water, add thyme and salt, bring everything to a boil.

When the water boils, add a cube of broth and parsley, cook for 2-3 minutes and transfer our soup to a blender. Stir the soup until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Add cream and turn on the blender again.

We clean the shrimp and divide into 3 parts, after which we fry them in olive oil. Add chili sauce and mix everything.

Pour the puree soup into bowls and add shrimp to it, you can also pour olive oil.
