Soup with beef and ham
Ingredients
  • 300 g beef
  • 150 g lean ham
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 1 tomato
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Recipe for beef and ham soup

1. Cut the beef into pieces, dip in 2.5 liters of boiling salted water, cook until tender.

2. Cut the ham and celery into strips, slice the potatoes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Scald the tomato, remove the skin, cut into cubes.

3. Fry carrots in vegetable oil, add celery, tomato, simmer for 7-10 minutes.

4. Add potatoes to the broth, cook for 15 minutes, then add the fried vegetables, ham, salt, pepper, cook for another 10 minutes. Cover the finished soup with a lid, let it brew for 10 minutes.
