Broccoli soup with cheese
Ingredients
  •  five pieces of potatoes
  • 40 grams butter
  • garlic clove
  • one bulb
  •  450 grams of broccoli
  • 350-400 grams of hard grated cheese
  •  5 cups of chicken broth (or you can use 4 bouillon cubes for 5 cups of water)

1) Onions, garlic must be peeled and cut into small cubes. Put the butter in a heated frying pan and fry the onion in it. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the garlic to it and keep it on fire for about 30 seconds.

2) Fried onions with garlic must be added to the broth, mix and add diced potatoes

3) While the potatoes are cooking, peel the broccoli, cut into florets and boil until tender. This will take about 4-5 minutes.

4) When the potatoes are ready, add boiled broccoli to it.

5) Ready-made broccoli and potatoes must be caught from the soup and beat everything in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is formed. The resulting puree is sent back to the pan.

6) After that, the soup must be warmed up, add grated cheese to it, salt, pepper, and mix everything well. Broccoli soup with cheese is ready.
