  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 gr. suluguni cheese

Cut the pike perch fillet into 4 equal parts and rub them with salt, pepper and olive oil, let stand for 5-6 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the tomato into 4 identical thick circles and put them in a mold, which must be pre-oiled. We spread slices of pikeperch fillet on each tomato mug, and the remaining tomatoes on it.

We heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and send a baking sheet with pike perch there for 8-10 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, we take out the baking sheet, sprinkle all the suluguni and put the pike perch in the oven again, but this time under the grill for 4-5 minutes, so that the cheese melts and bakes a little.
