Ingredients
  • beef tenderloin - 160 g
  • white mushrooms (frozen) - 60 g
  • red beans (canned) - 100 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • one sprig of rosemary
  • olive oil, vegetable, butter - 10 g each
  • onion (preferably sweet) - 20 g
  • meat broth (you can chicken) - 70 ml
  • cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Cooking a hearty and unusual dinner is not difficult if you use this wonderful recipe for cooking meat. Fragrant beef will perfectly emphasize the taste of red beans.

1. Cut the beef meat into steaks. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, then add olive oil and a sprig of rosemary.

2. Meat is best fried in a grill pan.

3. Then, on a mixture of vegetable and butter, you need to fry the mushrooms (previously defrosted). Also add 20 g of sweet onion to the pan and beans almost before turning off the fire. Then pour everything with broth and simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes.

4. Before serving, cherry tomatoes should be baked for 2 minutes in the oven (200°).

5. Serve on a large plate: lay out the side dish, then the meat and decorate everything with freshly baked cherry tomatoes.
