Mediterranean salad with shrimp
Ingredients
  • 12 large raw shrimp
  • 100 g manuri cheese
  • 4-5 crispy cucumbers
  • 4-5 plum tomatoes
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small red sweet onion
  • Handful of mini olives
  • 5-7 sprigs of parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • dry oregano
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper
Mediterranean Shrimp Salad is one of the most delicious and healthy salads that is perfect for any holiday table.

Recipe for mediterranean shrimp salad

Peel the shrimp, remove the dark intestinal vein, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil, leave for 5 minutes.

Coarsely chop the peeled peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. Manuri cut into 4 large pieces or, conversely, break into smaller ones. Mix vegetables with olives and chopped parsley, season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Divide among plates.

Quickly fry the shrimp in a hot pan until pink, remove from heat. Arrange cheese on salad, sprinkle with oregano. Arrange shrimp and serve.
