Spaghetti with salmon in cream sauce
Ingredients
  • 400 gr. salmon
  • 300 gr. spaghetti
  • 150 gr. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 ml cream with a fat content of 20-22%
  • ½ tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 40 ml olive oil
Salmon with spaghetti is something new. Delicious creamy sauce complemented with rosemary and pieces of fish is just perfect for spaghetti. Be sure to treat yourself to this chic Italian dish, because it will take you about 30 minutes to prepare it.

We cut the salmon fillet into cubes, then add a little salt and fry a little in a pan on all sides.

We put the water to boil as soon as it boils, add some salt and throw spaghetti there, also add a small amount of olive oil, and continue to cook until tender (usually the package says how much one or another spaghetti is cooked).

Using a blender, grind the cheese into small crumbs.

Pour the table wine into the pan, let half of the wine boil away, then pour in the chopped parmesan and stir, pour in the cream and add the rosemary. Let our sauce boil and continue cooking until the consistency becomes liquid like sour cream.

We spread the spaghetti on plates, pour the resulting creamy cheese sauce on top and lay out the pieces of salmon.
