- 10 gr. butter
- 2 tsp refined sunflower oil
- 15 gr. salt
- 1 tbsp table wine
- 2 chicken eggs
- 100 ml cream with 33% fat
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp honey
