Spaghetti with shrimps
Ingredients
  • 340 grams spaghetti
  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • Four cloves of garlic
  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ lemon wedge
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Pour water into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil, salt, add two drops of olive oil, throw in spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.

Finely chop the garlic, squeeze out the lemon juice, and cut into quarters ¼ lemon.

Next, put the lemon slices and juice in a bowl.

Rinse and finely chop parsley, add red pepper flakes and stir.

Melt the butter, add the garlic and simmer for about a minute. Then we spread the prepared pre-peeled shrimp, salt, pepper, and cook for five minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Then we take it off the fire.

Add parsley with lemon. Drain the pasta and transfer to the pan with the shrimp, then mix thoroughly.
