Sauerkraut solyanka
Soups
- Sauerkraut - 800 gr.
- Onions - 3 heads
- Mushrooms - 80 gr.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Mushroom broth - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil
- 150 gr. various sausages, frankfurters or hams
- Butter - 1 t.l.
- Spices - to taste
- Pickled cucumbers, lemon, olives and herbs, add the same to taste
Recipe for sauerkraut solyanka
Boil mushrooms.
Rinse sauerkraut in cold water, squeeze and set aside.
Cut and fry onion in vegetable oil. Now add cabbage and fry it, gradually adding mushroom broth. Cook the cabbage until it is completely soft.
We take a cauldron or a saucepan, put sauerkraut into it, add broth or boiling water, then add chopped and fried sausage, ham and mushrooms, salt everything to taste, add your favorite spices and cook hodgepodge for 40 minutes over low heat.
Mix the flour together with the butter in a frying pan to make a fry for our soup. Now add the fry to the pan and mix everything well. We cook the hodgepodge for another 10 minutes, after which we turn off the fire and let the soup brew for another 20 minutes.
Serve meat hodgepodge along with olives, lemon slices and pickles. Just decorate everything with fresh herbs and sour cream.
